AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDINGS

I, MARILOU Y. RAMO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Davao

City holding office at J. Palma Gil corner Ponciano St., Davao City, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am the Corporate Secretary of ESDEVCO REALTY

CORPORATION (ESDEVCO), a corporation duly organized and existing under
the laws of the Philippines, with principal office at Unit 11, Genesis 88 Arcade,
Ecowest Drive, Ecoland, Davao City, Philippines, and as such, I have custody
and possession of corporate book and other records of the corporation, including
the minutes of the meeting of Stockholders and Board of Directors of the
corporation;

2. That ESDEVCO is the VENDEE of a parcel of land located at Barrio of

Baracatan, Toril, Davao City, Philippines containing an area of TEN
THOUSAND TEN square meters (10,010 sq.m) more or less, covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. CL – 3133;

3. That aside from the above – mentioned parcel of land, I also owned lands
in (The Plains at MATINA ENCLAVES) Barangay Matina Crossing, Talomo with
a total aggregate area of ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWELVE square
meters (1, 412 sq.m.) and in Barangay Magtuod, Talomo with an total aggregate
area of ELEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR square meters
(11,484 sq.m./1.1484 Hectares);

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts for whatever legal intents and purpose that it may serve.
