AFFIDAVIT
(Declaration of Retention Area)
We, GREGORIO U. BRAZA, EDUARDO U. BRAZA, RICARDO U.
BRAZA and ANGELINA P. BRAZA (legal wife and heir of deceased
VICENTE U. BRAZA), who are legal heirs of the late Lorenza U. Braza, all of
legal age, Filipinos and residents of Brgy. Pagkalinawan, Jalajala, Rizal, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law, hereby depose and state
THAT:

1. By virtue of an Extra-Judicial Settlement of Estate of Lorenza U. Braza,

recorded as Doc. No. 292; Page No. 59; Book No. 2, Series of 2018 of
Notary Public Atty. Maria Salve Rubaya Adamos, the rights of
ownership and possession over the property covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title (TCT) No. M-3521 (Lot 258), which consists of Five
Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Eight Square Meters (5,378 sqm) and
situated in Barangay Pagkalinawan, Jalajala, Rizal were transferred and
passed on to us;

2. The above-mentioned agricultural land is covered by and considered part

of retention area in the account of the exercise of our retention rights as
owners thereto;

3. This Affidavit is executed by us in compliance with Administrative Order

No. 08, Series of 1995, as well as with other rules, regulations and
guidelines issued and implemented by the Department of Agriculture;

4. We are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
and for whatever legal intents and purposes that it may legally serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this ____ day
