JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, HARVEY JOY B. BERONDO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a

resident of Purok-3, , Barangay Calamba, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte
and REXY R. YBASCO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Purok-3
Barangay Calamba, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte, Philippines, being first
duly sworn to in accordance with the law, do hereby depose and state;

1. That we personally know BENIGNA DE LOS REYES, a resident of

Purok-3, Barangay Calamba, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte,
because of the fact the we were longtime friends, as well as neighbors
and we share common facts about our families;

2. That BENIGNA DE LOS REYES is an actual occupant of a parcel of

an agricultural land since 1980 up to the present planted with
bananas, cocos and other various crops, known as portion of LOT
557, CAD-121 containing an area of TWENTY TWO THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRED TWENTY NINE (22,329) square meters more or
less, covered by Tax Declaration No. 19-03-0025-00059 with
Property Identification No. 234-03-0025-002-16. Based on actual
ground survey executed by Engr. Rowell M. Romaguera. Located at
Barangay Calamba, City of Cabadbaran, Province of Agusan del Norte,
Philippines

3. That we vouch and swear that the above described property are true
to the best of our personal knowledge;

4. That this affidavit is executed out of our own free will and volition and
to show proof of all the foregoing facts above narrated and for
whatever legal purposes this may serve.
