PhP 438,000.00 for as 4 MONTHS cash option; payable until August 30, 2022
2. The subject portion of property is covered by Title Number Transfer Certificate of Title No.
158-2021000901, containing an area of 35,887 square meter, property located at Barrio of
Doña Rosario Municipality of Tubay registered in the name of BEVERLY P. BALUNAN
married to ELIEZER U. BALUNAN, now organize in to “Offsite Homeowners Project and
Commercial Center under Sol Terra Land transaction and land consultancy;
3. It is agreed that the subscription payment made is an intent in joining in the “Offsite
Neighborhood Homelot and Commercial Center Project” , and it is a non-refundable unless
otherwise the subject subscribed lot is taken by another or new subscriber.

This is to acknowledge further the obligation of the undersign being the organizer of the
homeowners association/cooperative and by virtue of the provisions in the memorandum of agreement
between the undersign and the land owners:

1. The obligation to locate/layout/survey the subscribed homelot;

2. The allocate an 8 meters wide main road right of way, 4 meters for exit road, and 7 meters
for all other roads;
3. To process/facilitate the Deed of Sale;
4. This authorize the subscriber to freely occupy the subscribed lot after subdivision plan is
finalize;
5. To deliver the individual title; (expenses inclusive in the subscription amount); and
6. To formalize the establishment and registration of the neighborhood association and
commercial center or cooperative.
