Dear Sir Magdugo,

I am writing in behalf of my client JEZMA D. BUSTRILLO, married to Jose T. Bustrillo


and residing at 0259 Gallares St., Tagbilaran City, Bohol, who is the registered owner of a
certain parcel of land designated as LOT 2114-C-3, PLAN NO. PSD-07-108102, containing an
area of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE (183) Square Meters, more or less, covered by
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 112-2019001336 and situated at Mansasa District,
Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines. The TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 112-
2019001336 is hereto attached as Annex “A”.

As narrated by my client, you were one of the vendors, who signed the DEED OF
EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE AMONG HEIRS WITH SIMULTANEOUS
SALE OF A PORTION OF A PARCEL OF LAND in favor of my client, who is now one of the
registered owners of the above-mentioned parcel of land, as indicated in the DEED OF
EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE AMONG HEIRS WITH SIMULTANEOUS
SALE OF A PORTION OF A PARCEL OF LAND hereto attached as Annex “B”. However, out
of pity and because of your repeated pleas, my client allowed you to stay on the said lot until said
lot will be used by my client.

My client has now decided to use the above-said parcel of land and therefore, this will
serve as your DEMAND TO VACATE the land within this year or until December 31, 2020.

This is for your strict compliance.
