DEMAND TO VACATE

Dear Messrs. Bucad and Fermin,

We are writing in behalf of our clients, Heirs of Petra Cabeza, namely: Edgardo C.
Reyes and Primicia C. Tagay of Fula, Buguey, Cagayan.

According to our clients, you are now in possession and occupation of the land of
our clients, Lot No. 5386 located at Fula, Buguey, Cagayan because the same was
mortgaged (salda) to you by Mr. Esperjon Arzadon. We remind you that Mr.
Arzadon has no right at all to said land as to lawfully and validly mortgage it with
anyone or with you. The said land belongs to our clients as already declared by
the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board (DARAB), Province of
Cagayan in DARAB Case No. 0202-8525-2011. This being the case, any contract
between you and Mr. Arzadon in respect to the said land is null and void.
Accordingly, you do not any right to possess or cultivate the said parcel of land.

In this regard, we demand that you vacate the said land and peacefully turn over
its possession to our clients within fifteen (15) days from receipt of this letter. If
you fail to heed this demand, we will be constrained to file an ejectment case
against you.

This is our first and final demand. We hope for your cooperation.
