Re: Notice of Dishonor and Demand for Payment

Dear Mr. Go:

Our preferred client, Mrs. THELMA G. NAVARRO referred to us for proper legal action
the unfunded check that you issued to her.

This is to advise you that Philippine BUSINESS BANK Check No. 0040300 dated April 15,
2017 in the amount of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P17, 000.00) you issued in her
favor has been dishonored for insufficiency of funds/account closed.

When you issued said check to her, you assured her that there are more than sufficient
funds in your bank account to cover the said amount. However, the check was returned
dishonored.

Further, records also disclosed that you also incurred damages and caused destruction
to the property that you then occupied owned by Mrs. Navarro aside from the
electricity and water bills that you consumed during your temporary stay at the
aforesaid apartment, broken down as follows:

P 13,000 – cost of damages, electricity/water bill

less 8,000 – payment/deposit that you made
balance P 5,000 – unpaid cost of damages that you incurred.

FINAL DEMAND is now made upon you to make good your obligation within FIVE (5)
DAYS from receipt hereof. Otherwise, we will be constrained to file the already
prepared criminal complaint against you, which will be inconvenient on your part
considering that we will be also demanding damages, attorney’s fees and other
litigation expenses.
