FINAL DEMAND LETTER

Dear Mr. Mamauag :

Christian Greetings!

This letter is in connection with your obligation to my client, GREGORIO DOMINGO,

relative the sum of money you loaned amounting to TWO HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE
THOUSAND PESOS (P2355,000.00) Philippine currency as evidenced by a PROMISORY
NOTE you have signed and had caused to be notarized by Atty. Bong Richard M. Tumaliuan. It
is worth recalling that your obligation under said Promisory Note became due and demandable
on or before June 8, 2021 and to date you failed to pay said amount, exclusive of the legal
monthly interest.

You have been previously advised by my client to settle your obligation. But sad to say,
the same turned futile in as much as you refused to heed to the same. In fact, it is worth
recalling that Mr. Domingo had constantly been coming to see you but to no avail. Despite the
said demand, you failed to settle the matter with my client for the same end in reaching
possible amicable settlement on the matter.

To avoid the rigors, expense and shame of public trial, hence this Final Demand Letter
humbly urging you to settle all your obligations with Mr. Domingo. Otherwise, you will be
proceeded with accordingly.

The amount which you are to settle is broken down as follows:

Principal Obligation Php 235,000.00

Plus 3% Monthly Interest Php 35,250.00
Php 270,250.00
Plus 20 % as Lawyer’s fee Php 54,050.00

TOTAL Php 324,300.00

You are given five (5) days from receipt of this letter to settle your obligation with my
client at my law office located at 3 rd Floor Editha Tuddao Building, PAG-IBIG Compound,
Balzain, Tuguegarao City Cagayan. This letter will serve as the final demand; and, failure
on your part to make any settlement will leave us with no other recourse but to lodge the
necessary civil or criminal complaint.

relative the Check amounting to ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (P160,000.00)
Philippine currency as evidenced by a ACCOUNT NUMBER 005558012884, Check Number
0000530036 you have signed and had caused to be issued undated which means due and
demandable upon presentment. It is worth recalling that your obligation under said check
became due and demandable and to date you failed to pay said amount, exclusive of the legal
monthly interest.

You have been previously advised by my client to settle your obligation. But sad to say,
the same turned futile in as much as you refused to heed to the same. In fact, it is worth
recalling that Mr. Domingo had constantly been coming to see you but to no avail. Despite the
said demand, you failed to settle the matter with my client for the same end in reaching
possible amicable settlement on the matter.

To avoid the rigors, expense and shame of public trial, hence this Final Demand Letter
humbly urging you to settle all your obligations with Mr. Domingo. Otherwise, you will be
proceeded with accordingly for violation of B.P. 22 and Estafa under the Revised Penal Code.

The amount which you are to settle is broken down as follows:

Principal Obligation Php 160,000.00

Plus 3% Monthly Interest Php 28,800.00
Php 188,800.00
Plus 20 % as Lawyer’s fee Php 37,760.00

TOTAL Php 226,560.00

You are given five (5) days from receipt of this letter to settle your obligation with my
client at my law office located at 3 rd Floor Editha Tuddao Building, PAG-IBIG Compound,
Balzain, Tuguegarao City Cagayan. This letter will serve as the final demand; and, failure
on your part to make any settlement will leave us with no other recourse but to lodge the
necessary civil or criminal complaint.
