On February 15, 2023, herein counsel received via electronic

mail an Order from this Honorable Court dated February 10, 2023 1
ordering herein plaintiff to amend the complaint within ten (10) days
from receipt to determine the representatives of defendants Jesus
Martinez and Federico De Vera; who happened to be already deceased,
hence this compliance.

Having been filed on time, herein AMENDED COMPLAINT to

include all necessary party defendants, is respectfully submitted to
the Honorable Court.
