MOTION TO TRANSFER DATE OF HEARING

PETITIONER, through the undersigned counsel, and unto this

Honorable Court respectfully, most respectfully submit the foregoing:

The scheduled date of hearing for the above-cited case was set on
December 14, 2022 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning. However, this
representation will be indisposed on said date as he is required to attend to
a very important matter involving his family. This representation is the only
one living in Tuguegarao City and his family are all in Manila, including his
biological mother who just arrived from Cyprus.

As the only son, herein is mandated to personally attend to the needs

of his mother who shall be in the Philippines for the Holidays; hence begs to
be excused. The foregoing is not intended to cause further delay but for the
sole reason as mentioned.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, under the light of the foregoing,

it is most respectfully prayed unto this Honorable Court to transfer date of
hearing to another date most convenient to the Court.

Other relief and remedies that may be deemed just and equitable in
the premises are likewise prayed for.
