COMES NOW, undersigned counsel unto this Honorable Court,

most respectfully states:

1. That the above-entitled case is set for hearing on November 19,

2021 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning;

2. That on the aforesaid date and time, undersigned will attend a

Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) ONLINE
Synchronous Seminar Via Zoom starting on November 19, 20, 26,
27, 2021;

3. That by reason hereof, undersigned cannot attend to the aforesaid

hearing, thus, she is constrained to ask for a resetting of the same;

4. That this motion is not intended to delay the proceedings but is

prayed for meritorious and humanitarian consideration.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed

that the hearing be reset on such date convenient to the Honorable Court.
