MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This Memorandum of Agreement is made and entered into this ____

day of ______________, 2021 by and between:

The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur through the

Provincial Engineering Office, represented by Honorable DOUGLAS RA.
CAGAS, JD, MBE, MNSA, Governor duly authorized by virtue of
Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. ____, hereinafter referred to as
the FIRST PARTY;
-and-
The DAVSUR SHOOTERS GUN CLUB, INC., a club duly
organized and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission,
with Registration No. __________, represented by EUANE P.
EVANGELISTA, in his capacity as the duly elected President by virtue of
Secretary’s Certificate / Resolution No. ________, hereinafter referred to as
the SECOND PARTY.

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, The FIRST PARTY in furtherance of its lawful directive

to endeavor to be self-reliant, maintains and is the lawful owner of the PEO
Shooting Range, located at the premises of the Provincial Engineering
Office, San Agustin, Digos City, Davao del Sur;
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to promote sports through
recreational and competitive shooting;
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree to be subject to the
following terms and conditions:
A. The FIRST PARTY (Provincial Government of Davao del Sur) shall:

1. Allow the SECOND PARTY to use the PEO Shooting Range as

venue for the conduct of trainings, exercises, and skills
development for the proper, safe, skillful, and lawful handling of
firearms;
2. Promote recreational and competitive shooting as a new tourism
attraction to bolster local economic activity in the province; and
3. Provide security by detailing Law Enforcement Agents and/or
Provincial Civil Security Units to the venue.
 B. The SECOND PARTY (DAVSUR SHOOTERS GUN CLUB, INC.)
shall:

1. Require their members, shooters, practitioners, and gun enthusiasts

to follow the laws, and rules and regulations prescribed by the
management of the PEO Shooting Range;
2. Require all shooters and practitioners to be a member of the
DAVSUR SHOOTERS GUN CLUB, INC.;
3. Require the wearing of the prescribed attire inside the PEO
Shooting Range;
4. Provide necessary materials and equipment to the venue and the
Safety Officers to ensure the safety of the shooters.
