EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND INTERESTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Waiver of Rights and

Interests, is made and entered into by and among:

LEE MIN YEONG

PARK MIN YEONG

both of legal age, and residents of SOHO Central Condominium, 748

Shaw Blvd., Greenfield District, Manadaluyong City, Philippines,
hereinafter called and referred to as the HEIRS OF SO MIN YEONG;

That the deceased So Min Yeong died on August 21, 2009, in

Davao City, her residence at the time of her death;

WITNESSETH:

That the deceased died without a will and without unpaid debts;

That the deceased was survived by her above-named children as

her only heirs in law;

That the deceased left a condominium unit, particularly Unit

3320, containing an area of 32.47 square meters, in a multi-storey
condominium project known as SOHO Central located along Shaw
Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

That the HEIRS agreed to avail of the benefits of Section 4, Rule

74 of the Rules of Court and hereby divide and apportion the above-
described estate among them in the manner indicated below, subject
only to contingent liabilities to creditors, heirs and other persons who
might have been deprived of lawful participation therein, for a period of
two (2) years from and after the settlement and distribution of the said
estate;

ADJUDICATION

That availing of the benefits of Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of

Court, the HEIRS: LEE MIN YEONG and PARK MIN YEONG, hereby
divide, apportion and adjudicate unto themselves, the above-described
properties, subject only to contingent liabilities to creditors, heirs and
other persons who might have been deprived of lawful participation
therein, for a period of two (2) years from and after the settlement and
distribution of the said estate;

WAIVER

Further, LEE MIN YEONG hereby waives and cedes her share
from the said estate in favor of PARK MIN YEONG.
 That a true copy of this Extrajudicial Settlement has been
published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, in a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of Davao, a copy of the
Affidavit/Certification of Publication is hereto attached to form integral
part hereof.
