OPPOSITION TO MANIFESTATION AND MOTION

Come now the defendants by counsel unto this Honorable Court in
opposition to the Manifestation and Motion dated August 13, 2019
respectfully alleged that the attached decided case was for Declaration on
Nullity of Sale and Redemption, which was not yet final and executor,
issued by the DARAB.

Besides it is the Department of Agrarian Reform through its

Provincial Agrarian Reform Officer who is tasked to determine, whether the
case is agrarian in nature in accordance with the provision of Sec. 50-A of
RA 6657. The Certification is hereto attached for easy reference.
