MOTION TO RESET SUMMARY HEARING

Petitioner, to this Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:

1. The summary hearing for the Petition for Notarial Commission of the
undersigned has been initially set on December 08, 2020 at 11:00 in the
morning but was reset to December 14, 2020 because the former date has
been declared as Holiday;

2. However, the undersigned petitioner hereby regretfully informs the

Honorable Court that he cannot attend said hearing due to a conflict of
schedule of hearing on the same date in Davao City;

3. With this, the undersigned is constrained to respectfully request the

Honorable Court to reset the hearing of the instant petition to another
date, preferably on December 15, 2020 at 11:00 in the morning, subject to
the availability of the Honorable Court’s calendar;

4. This motion is made in good faith and not intended to delay the
proceedings of the instant petition.

 WHEREFORE, based on the premises presented, it is most respectfully
prayed that the hearing of the instant case be reset to December 15, 2020 at 11:00 in
the morning, subject to the availability of the Honorable Court’s calendar.
