MOTION TO POST AND ADMIT BAIL

Accused, through the undersigned counsel, by way of special appearance

solely for this purpose, before this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers, THAT:

1. Above-named accused has been charged for “ESTAFA”, and an INFORMATION

has been filed against accused, now raffled to this Honorable Court

2. The WARRANT OF ARREST of the accused on July 18, 2023 and the bail
recommended for the provisional liberty of accused was fixed in the amount of
P48,000.00 (FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS) each.

3. Accused wish to avail of their rights under Rule 114, Section 4 of the Rules of
Court to post cash bond for their provisional liberty.

4. That the possibility of flight is nil, and the accused are willing to face their
accuser in court to prove their innocence;

5. Accused is willing to accept such other conditions that this Honorable Court
may impose for the approval of their bail bond;

6. This motion was done in good faith and not to delay the administration of
Justice

7. Accused most respectfully prays unto this Honorable Court to allow them to
post bail for their provisional liberty

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that accused

MADONNA V. MARIBBAY and RAMBO FAUSTO of Purok 2, Lakambini, Tuao,
Cagayan, Cagayan, be allowed to post bail in the amount of P48,000.00 (FORTY
EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS) each for their provisional liberty pending trial of the
criminal charge against him.

Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
