MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

COMES NOW the prosecution, by the undersigned and unto

this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers:

1. That aside from the foregoing criminal cases set on May 23,
2023, there may be other cases handled by the undersigned
prosecutor set for hearing on May 8, 9, 22 and 23, 2023;

2. That the undersigned will be availing her Wellness Leave

Benefit, the copy of her 2023 wellness/forced leave
schedule has already been given to the court for reference
and information;

3. That, in view thereof, the undersigned moves that the

hearing of the criminal cases handled by her be reset to
another date convenient to this Honorable Court;

4. That this motion is interposed solely due to the aforesaid

reasons and not intended to delay the disposition of the
affected cases;

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed

that the Motion be granted for reasons afore-stated.
