MOTION TO RE-SET

The undersigned Trial Prosecutor, unto this Honorable Court,

respectfully moves and manifests;

That the above-captioned case was set on March 10, 2015 at 8:30 in the
morning for the testimony of her witnesses;

That our witnesses were in the province and were not able to book as
early as scheduled hearing instead their flights will be on March 17, 2015 and
they are available on March 18, 2015;

That this Motion is not intended to delay the proceeding of the case but
solely on the above-stated reason;

WHEREFORE, premises considered and in the interest of justice, it is

respectfully prayed to this Honorable Court that the Motion to Re-Set Case be
GRANTED and set the same on March 18, 2015/ or the date convenient to the
calendar of the Honorable Court.
