MOTION FOR EARLY RESOLUTION

COMES NOW, the Private Complainant, in the above-entitled case, by

and through the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Office most
respectfully aver:

1. That on August 24, 2011, Private Complainant filed its Motion

to Revive dated 18 day of August 2010, in the above-entitled case;

7. That almost seven (7) months have lapsed since the filing of
said Motion to Revive and complainant have not received any Resolution in
the above entitled case relative to the Motion to Revive;

3. That, Private Complainant acknowledge that the Honorable

Court is burdened with numerous cases to hear and resolve, however, it is
prayed that the aforesaid Motion to Revive case be resolved so that justice
will prevail.
-PRAYER-

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is respectfully prayed unto

this Honorable Office that the Motion to Revive dated 18 Day of August
2010 and filed on August 24, 2010, be RESOLVED as early as possible.

Other relief’s just and equitable under the premises are likewise
prayed for.
