MOTION FOR RELEASE OF CASH BOND

Accused, __, assisted by the __, through the undersigned counsel, to this
Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:

1. On 28 September 2020, the Honorable Court issued an Order finding

both of the Accused guilty to the above charge and imposed a fine of
Six Thousand Pesos (Php6,000.00).

2. However, the Accused failed to pray for the release of the cash bond
amounting to Thirty Thousand (Php30,000.00) for each of the
Accused.

(Copies of the Cash Deposit Slip issued by the Land Bank of the Philippines
posted by both the Accused are attached hereto)

3. Thus, both the Accused respectfully pray for the release of the cash
bond, minus the fine imposed by the Honorable Court.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, Accused __respectfully pray before this Honorable Court

for the release of the cash bond in their favor.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
