MOTION TO AMEND NAME OF ACCUSED

Accused, HUWANG BINGE, through the undersigned counsel, to this

Honorable Court, most respectfully avers that:

1. On 14 September 2020, the Honorable Court issued

an Order permanently dismissing the above entitled case in
favor of the Accused.

2. However, it appears that the Accused’s family

name on the records was erroneously spelled as “BINGE”. The
truth of the matter is, the Accused’s family name is actually
“BANGA”.

3. This Motion is intended to facilitate the eventual

release of the cash bond posted by the Accused in relation to
this case.

PRAYER

 WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court
that an Order be issued amending the Information and the Order releasing
the Cash Bond indicating the correct name of the Accused as “HUWANG
BANGA”.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise
prayed for.
