TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. The negotiable selling price of the above described property is TWO
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P2,500.00) per SQUARE METER;
2. The owner shall give the seller the agreed agent/broker commission;
3. All expenses, such as but not limited to Capital Gains Tax, Real
Property Tax and Notarial Fees shall be shouldered by the seller,
except for the expenses of the transfer of title which shall be
shouldered by the buyer;
4. The authority is valid unless officially revoked in a separate document
in writing.
