I, JOSEFINA ANCHETA, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at Aurora East,
Diffun, Quirino do hereby APPOINT, MARIO A. ANCHETA, of legal age, Filipino, and with address at
Aurora West, Diffun, Quirino as my true and legal representative to act for and in my name and stead
and to perform the following acts:

1. To file, sign and execute mortgage contract in connection with the loan
application for in consideration amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTEEN
THOUSAND (P 215,000.00) PESOS, that may be approved by the any
institution , offering as security for the payment of said loan the property
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title more particularly described as
follows:

on the W., and N., along line 3-4 by Lot 4609, Cad-211; along lines 4-5-1, by Lot 9701-C-1, Psd-(af)-02-
000195. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 40 deg. 13 E., 1907.60 m. from BLLM No.

2. To sign , execute and to deliver promissory note(s) in favor of MARIO A. ANCHETA, as
well as other documents that may be required by the said institution in connection with
the said loan;

3. To receive the proceeds of the promissory note(s) which my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT


may execute in connection with the mortgage contract relative thereto;

4. To encash, endorse or negotiate the check(s) that may be issued by the

to do and perform all and every act and deed whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in

personally present with all the power of substitution and revocation and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT or his/her substitute can lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue thereof.
