DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF A REGISTERED


LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, is executed by:

PATRICIA ROMAN , of legal age, Filipino and with residence and postal
address at 174 St. Joseph Village, Baguio City, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR.

In favor of

SPOUSES RENVI D. CAYET AND CATORIA T. CAYET, of legal age, with


residence and postal address at IB-120 Betag, La Trinidad , Benguet, hereinafter referred
to as the VENDEES;

WITNESSETH:

That the vendor is the lawful and registered owner of a parcel of situated at Betag,
La Trinidad, Benguet, covered and embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 502-
1234567890 of the Registry of Deeds for Municipality of La Trinidad, more particularly
described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the sum of NINE HUNDRED FIFTY


THOUSAND (PhP 950,000.00) PESOS, Philippine currency, in hand paid to me in full
by the VENDEES, and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged in full, the VENDORS
hereby by these presents SELL, CEDE, AND TRANSFER, absolutely and
unconditionally unto the said land, with such portion consisting of TWO HUNDRED
THIRTY - THREE SQUARE METERS, more or less, as preliminary shown in the sketch
plan prepared by Engr. Joel C. Palasi, without any improvement on such portion, free
from any lien or encumbrance.

That VENDORS hereby warrant the peaceful possession by the VENDEES.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the VENDORS have hereunto affixed their names and
signatures this 19th day of January 2019 at La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines.
