DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

OF MOTORVEHICLE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed by and between:

YVES TOLEDO HILARIO., Filipino, of legal age,

single/married with residence and postal address at 160
Magdalo, Putol, Kawit, Province of Cavite, hereinafter known
as the VENDOR;

-and-

ROSALYN TAYO HERNANDEZ, Filipino, of legal age,

single/married, with residence and postal address at 1329
Mactan Street, Baclaran, Parañaque City, hereinafter known as
the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH, that:

1. The VENDOR is the lawful owner of a certain motor vehicle which is

more particularly described as follows:

2. For and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED FOURTY

THOUSAND (P240,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, receipt
thereof is hereby acknowledged to the entire satisfaction of the
VENDOR, the latter hereby sell, transfer and convey by way of
Absolute Sale unto the VENDEE the above described motor vehicle;

3. WARRANTY: VENDOR hereby expressly warrants that he is the

legal and true owner of the said motor vehicle and that he has the
unqualified full right to sell the said motor vehicle. Furthermore, the
VENDOR warrants that the said motor vehicle is sold free of any
encumbrance, lien, mortgage, security interest, or claim. VENDOR
will defend the same against charges of every kind of all persons
whomsoever.
