AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING LOT OWNERS

WE, GODELEO GALOLA and LEONARDO TAKIANG, of legal ages,

Filipinos, married, and residents of Sitio Bito, Aplaya, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, after
being duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. We are the adjoining lot owners of a parcel of land owned and declared for
taxation purpose under the name of Faustino Esik, situated at Aplaya, Jasaan, Misamis
Oriental more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Tax Declaration No.: 08-11-0003-02816

A PARCEL OF LAND, known as Lot 7084 with survey No. 7084,

Cad. 367, situated in the Barrio of Aplaya, Municipality of Jasaan,
Province of Misamis Oriental, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the
North by Lot 04, 05, 24, 25, & Lot 05-Sec.004; on the East by Lot 20,
21, & Lot 24, 23-Sec.004; on the South by Lot 17; on the West by Lot
07, 08, 09, 10, 16 & 24. Containing an area of ONE HUNDRED
TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE (102,781)
square meters.

2. We vouch that Faustino Esik is the true and legitimate owner of the afore-
cited property and during his lifetime had been in open, continuous, exclusive,
notorious and adverse possession in the concept of the owner to the exclusion of others.

3. That we are the owners of the land adjoining on the Eastern sides of their
property/ties and that there is no conflict or legal encumbrances between/among us
with respect to said exact area boundaries;

4. Finally, we are executing this affidavit in order to attest to veracity the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
