PARTITION AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Partition Agreement made and executed by and between:

and resident of ___________________________. (SECOND
PARTY)

WITNESSETH, that:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the registered owner of a parcel of

land covered and embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-
_____________ situated at _____________________________, which is
more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY became co-owners of the above-

described parcel of land by virtue of a DEEDS OF ABSOLUTE SALE
AND A DEED OF DONATION, respectively, of portions thereof dated
___________________________respectively, registered in the notarial
registry of Notaries Public __________________________________ as
__________________________________________ respectively.

WHEREAS, for purposes of this partition agreement, the above-

described parcel of land was subdivided into SEVEN (7) LOTS, in
accordance with Survey Plan Psd-04-_________________ a copy of which
is attached and made integral part hereof.

WHEREAS, the above-named parties have agreed to terminate their

existing community of ownership and their respective shares and
participation be adjudicated to them in accordance to their respective Deeds
of Absolute Sale and Donation in relation to Survey Plan Psd-04-
______________.

 NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing
premises, the above-named parties have agreed to partition the subject parcel
of land as follows:

certificate of titles shall be issued in their respective names and in
accordance with this partition agreement.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the _______________,
personally appeared the above-named parties known to me and to me known
to be the same persons who executed the foregoing Partition Agreement.
They have acknowledged to me that the same are their free and voluntary
acts and deeds.

This instrument, consisting of three (3) pages, including this page on

which this acknowledgment is written, has been signed by the concerned
parties and sealed with my notarial seal.

The parties were identified thru their competent evidences of identities as
