ACCUSED LEVITICO FELICIANO y LAYSON, through the undersigned

counsel, to this Honorable Court, in compliance to the Order, dated 15 March
2023, respectfully states that today, 28 March 2023, a Petition for Review was
personally filed by the undersigned before the Department of Justice, Padre
Faura, Manila, to appeal the Resolutions of the Office of the Provincial
Prosecutor of Pampanga, dated 14 December 2022 and 3 February 2023. A copy
of the front page of said Petition for Review as received by the Department of
Justice is hereto attached, marked as Annex “A” and made an integral part hereof.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that

the instant compliance be noted in support of the Motion to Suspend Arraignment
and Defer Proceedings, dated 13 February 2023.

Such other reliefs that are just and reasonable under the premises are
likewise prayed for.
