AS CO-PLAINTIFFS
Plaintiffs, through the undersigned counsel, and unto this Honorable Court,
most respectfully submit this Motion and states that:

1) That Pedrito Gadiane is already old and was advise by medical expert
that he should refrain from any stressful activities;

2) That likewise, his children requested him to be remove from this case as
to avoid any complication to his health;

3) That this case in which he is one of the plaintiffs is one of the reasons
why he felt stress and had affected his mental health;

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully prayed

before this Honorable Court that Pedrito Gadiane be remove from this case on
account of his mental and physical health issues.
