FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS

WITH ALL DUE RESPECT TO THE HONORABLE COURT

COMES NOW, the Petitioner, Eduardo Dugyane

Bangelan, by the undersigned counsel, and unto this most
Honorable Court, humbly submits this Petition for the
issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, containing the following
pertinent information.

WHEREFORE, above premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that the

Honorable Court give due course to this Petition and order the Baguio City
Jail Warden the release of the Accused, Eduardo Bangelan, from further
confinement.

caused the preparation of the foregoing Petition; I have

any other party, or to cause unnecessary delay or
needlessly increase the cost of the court proceeding.

tribunal or agency and, to the best of my knowledge, no
