Baricuatro, by counsel unto this Honorable Court most
respectfully states that:

The Honorable Court ordered the parties vis-à-vis its Order

dated December 16, 2022 to submit three (3) nominees for
appointment of Commissioners.

DEFENDANTS most respectfully submits to the sound

discretion to this Honorable Court the determination of the just
compensation as to the improvements affected by the installation
of the Electric Transmission Tower by the plaintiff. This is due
that the same had not found nominees for the appointment of
Commissioners on their behalf.

humbly prays that this manifestation be granted and noted. All
