COMPLIANCE

COMES NOW, the petitioner thru counsel, unto the Honorable

Court respectfully states:

1. That on May 10, 2022, the undersigned counsel moved for

cancellation of the hearing because petitioner got entangled in
a seminar necessary for his livelihood;

2. That the Honorable Court granted the motion to reset and

ordered petitioner to pay a postponement fee of ₱100 to be
paid to the Regional Trial Court Office of the Clerk of Court,
Antipolo City (RTC-OCC) and to show proof of payment thereof;

3. That petitioner was able to pay the postponement fee on May

18, 2022 or eight (8) days after the Order was issued;

4. That undersigned counsel honestly believed they were given a

period of fifteen (15) days or up to May 25, 2022 within which to
submit proof of compliance with the Order;

5. That unfortunately, when the undersigned recently saw the

written copy of the Order dated May 10, 2022, it states that only
a period of ten (10) days was given or up to May 20, 2022
within which to submit proof of compliance;

 6. That the undersigned apologizes for misunderstanding and, in
the interest of justice, respectfully submits the herewith
attached original/s of the:

a. Official Receipt No. 7846972 issued by the RTC-OCC

Antipolo City dated May 18, 2022; and
b. Return Stub with OCC/COC No. 2022 1151 dated May 18,
2022;

for the kind consideration of the Honorable Court and by way of

substantial compliance to the Order dated May 10, 2022.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this

Compliance be NOTED and kindly CONSIDERED as substantial
compliance with the Order of the Honorable Court.
