WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ROGELIO GRAGANZA PIANO, of legal age, Filipino, widower, and resident of 11A M.
Alfonso Street, Eastbank Road, Rosario, Pasig City, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the surviving legal spouse of MA. LOURDES VIDANES ALFONSO who passed
away on February 18, 2023;

2. That during my marriage with MA. LOURDES VIDANES ALFONSO, both of us were not able
to acquire any property whatsoever;

3. That all property left by MA. LOURDES VIDANES ALFONSO when she passed away were
originally inherited by her from her parents, MANUEL JABSON ALFONSO SR. and NORMA
VIDANES ALFONSO, or constitutes the proceeds of the sale thereof;

4. That I hereby declare under oath that I have no absolute community or conjugal partnership
property with MA. LOURDES VIDANES ALFONSO whatsoever;

5. That I also declare under oath that I have received my lawful share as heir in the Estate of
MA. LOURDES VIDANES ALFONSO;

6. That I expressly and absolutely WAIVE, REMISS, RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE
the estate of MA. LOURDES VIDANES ALFONSO and all other heirs thereof from any and
all claims, suits, actions, or causes of action, which I, my successors/transferees/assigns
now have or in the future claim to have arising from, incidental to or in connection with my
inheritance and spousal share from the Estate of MA. LOURDES VIDANES ALFONSO;

7. That I hereby state further that I have no claim, right or action of whatsoever nature, whether
past, present or contingent, against the estate of MA. LOURDES VIDANES ALFONSO and
against the other heirs thereof;

8. That I have executed this instrument voluntarily, and have not been coerced or intimidated
by any person;

9. That this WAIVER and QUITCLAIM has been fully read by me and translated to me in
Tagalog which I fully understand and that the same is true and correct to the best of my
knowledge and I fully understand the legal implications in signing this document.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 19th day of March, 2023 at
Pasig City.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BEFORE ME, this 19th day of March, 2023, at Pasig City, Philippines, personally
appeared ROGELIO GRAGANZA PIANO who have satisfactorily proven to me his identity
through his UMID CRN – 0003-3960518-9, known to me and to me known to be the same person
who executed the foregoing instrument which he acknowledged to me to be his free and
voluntary act and deed, consisting of only one (1) page including this page in which the
acknowledgment is written, duly signed by him and on each and every page hereof.
