Dear Hon. Villareal:

I am writing you in behalf of our client, RAFONCEL B. CATIBIG. This is

with regards to her ownership of a parcel of land known as Cadastral Lot No. 4070
located at Barangay Mohon, Municipality of Sogod, Cebu, with an area of 46,172
square meters

In retrospect, she has been the owner of this parcel of land since January
2003 by virtue of a Deed of Absolute Sale from the previous owner. Subsequently
after the execution of the Deed of Absolute Sale, the tax declaration of Cadastral
Lot No. 4070 had been transferred and declared under her name.

Our client is currently living in Laguna, Philippines and would like to

inform your good office that she will be applying for a Certificate of Title on
Cadastral Lot No. 4070 through your good office. Likewise, our client would like
to inform your good office that no person other than her is eligible to apply for a
Certificate of Title on Cadastral Lot No. 4070 as she is the owner of the said lot
since 2003.
