Good day!
We are writing on behalf of our client, XYZ CORPORATION, a corporation duly
registered and existing in accordance with law, with business address Navarro St., Sta.
Maria, Zamboanga City.

Herein, our client has referred to our office for appropriate action in view of your
failure to fulfill the demand of our client for specific performance in accordance to the
contract agreed upon, specifically Article V of the contract, for the removal and
replacement of the entire structure of the construction of the 10-STOREY SWIFTY
SUITES HOTEL located at Gov. Camins Ave., Zamboanga City represented by
TAYLOR SWIFT which has caused damage and prejudice to our client.

Therefore, this DEMAND is hereby made upon for you to take action within
FIFTEEN (15) DAYS from the receipt of this notice.

In accordance with law, our Office is prepared to take immediate action in order
to protect our client’s interest. We hope for an immediate conciliation in receiving what is
rightfully due our client before being forced to seek harsher legal and judicial remedies.
