Good day.

I write in behalf of my client, Engr. Arnulfo A. Baba. It appears that you are
in possession Engr. Baba’s Multicab pick-up unit with plate number YBN 228.

Mr. Fiel, more than sufficient time has been given you to return the said
vehicle, however, up to this very moment you have neither responded to my
client’s pleas nor have you communicated to assure him of the vehicle’s return.
Please be advised that upon failure to comply with this FINAL DEMAND until
September 2, 2009, we shall be compelled to take immediate legal action to
recover from you the said vehicle.

Should you wish to return the vehicle to my client, kindly drop by at the
office of the undersigned on or before September 2, 2009, lest we shall be
constrained to file a case for Carnapping and/or other criminal charges that we
deem appropriate under the circumstances.
