AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, Raul V. Cortez of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to Maria Pura B. Cortez and resident of Lot 11 Block
6 Sampaguita St., Villa Corazon Subdivision, Del Rosario, Naga City, after having been duly sworn to in
acordance with law, under oath, do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the father/of Kris Aileen B. Cortez born on February 14, 1988, my eldest daughter.

2. That I am presently employed with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

3. That from the time he reached the age of 27 daughter Kris Aileen B. Cortez had been living with
me, until now; that I have been providing for the support of my daughter; that I have provided
full support for her college education until he has graduated in 2011.

4. That despite my daughter’s having attained legal age, he remains to be fully dependent on me
for support as she is currently searching for employment.

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of foregoing facts of my own personal
knowledge, for the purpose of my daughter’s application for Chinese visa.
