AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDINGS

I, CLARITA J. AWAS, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and

resident of Ili Sur, San Juan, La Union after having been sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and states:

1. That I own only an aggregate landholding in the whole country an

area of not more than FIVE (5) hectares of agricultural land, to include
that area of 2,161.500 square meters of parcel of land I acquired from
ANGEL P. ALMODOVAR pursuant to a Certificate of Absolute Definitive
Deed of Sale issued by the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial
Court, San Fernando City, La Union and attached herewith as ANNEX
“A” and hereby made an integral part hereof;

2. That this affidavit is executed in compliance with Administrative

Order No. 8, series of 1995, as well as to show proof that my total
aggregate agricultural landholding inclusive of the land subject of the
above mentioned transaction does not exceed five (5) hectares;

IN WITNESS HEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 28th day of

October 2020 in San Fernando City, La Union, Philippines.
