AFFIDAVIT OF CANCELLLATION IF SUBDIVISION PLAN PSD-09-085419

I, RIDWAN C SADALANI of legal age, single, Filipino, and with postal address at 302
Baliwasan Seaside, Zamboanga City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and state:

1. That I am one of the registered owners of a parcel of land covered and embraced under
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 129-2016001888;

2. That I am the Attorney-in-Fact of my co-owners, JIBRIL C SADALANI and TARA C

SADALANI by virtue of a Special Power of Attorney hereto attached and marked as
ANNEX A;

3. That sometime 2019, I contracted the services of Engr. Jay Santuyo to have the parcel of
land covered and embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 129-2016001888
subdivided into three (3) lots. However, after the subdivision plan was approved, we
decided not to proceed with the said partition, since we, along with two (2) lot owners
namely: Mr. Vicente Eduardo Torres and Decendientes, Inc, decided to have our
property consolidated;

4. Thus, there is a need to cancel the subdivision plan PSD-09-085419 and give due course
to the new subdivision plan;

5. That I shall be responsible for the abovementioned survey if later found out to be
prejudicial to the claimants in the cancelled survey and shall restore the cancelled
survey and other documents that form part of the survey returns.
