AMENDMENT OF DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AMENDMENT is in reference to the DEED OF ABSOLUTE executed at City of Zamboanga by

VIRGINIA A. ISMAEL (Vendor) in favor of DANILO M. SALVE JR, of legal married to ANNALIKA S. SALVE,
Filipinos, (Vendee) on August 4, 2022 noted and entered in the Notarial Register of Atty. LUCIO R.
MABALOD, as Doc. no. 89, Page no. 14, Book no. 233, Series of 2022. Said Deed refers to the sale of
portion of land situated in Lumiyap, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title no. 129-2019002462 of the
Registry of Deeds for Zamboanga City.

May it be Known that the undersigned parties do hereby agree to make the following
AMENDMENT to the aforementioned Deed as follows:

That in order to conform to the real intention of parties, we hereby agree and acknowledge that
instead of a parcel of land identified as LOT No. 134 and Lot 135 containing a total area of Two
Hundred (200) square meters which is a portion of LOT 2180-D IT MUST ONLY BE a PORTION of LOT
2180-D containing an area of Two Hundred (200) square meters as all mentioned in the deed.

This amendment shall be valid and supersede any earlier provisions in the Deed inconsistent
therewith.
