DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, made and executed on __________ in Cotabato
City, Philippines, by and between:
Name of seller of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Kakar, Cotabato City,
herein after referred to as the “VENDOR”;
-in favor of-
name,of buyer of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Rosary Heights 5,
Cotabato City herein after referred to as the “VENDEE”;

WITNESSETH; That—
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the registered owner of a certain parcel of land with no
improvement thereon Lot 6, Block 6 of subdivision plan PSD-12-068792, being a portion of
Block 6, Psd-12-041764 situated in Barangay of Kakar, Rosary Heights 5, City of Cotabato,
and island of Mindanao, with an area of Two Hundred Square (200) meters more or less and
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. (T-53863) of the Registry of Deeds for Cotabato
City, and more particularly and described as follows:

WHEREAS, the VENDEE has offered to buy and the VENDOR has agreed to sell
the above-described parcel of land with no improvements therein for the price and under the
terms and conditions set forth herein below:
NOW THEREFORE, for and consideration of the premises and more specially of
the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND (200,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged from the VENDEE to the entire satisfaction of
VENDOR, the said VENDOR does hereby sell, transfer and convey, in a manner absolute
and irrevocable in favor of the vendees, their heirs and assigns the parcel of land above
described.

The VENDOR hereby warrants the VENDEE shall acquire valid title to, and
peaceful possession of the property herein sold and conveyed, free from any and all claims,
liens or encumbrances whatsoever, and in as-is-where-is condition.
