3. Open up session together with the Brgy. Captain to
strategise the upcoming SPKP, feedbacking of issues and
suggestions to improve and promote the system.

4. Giving of EIC's and displaying of posters

5. Orientation/training of barangay health workers and

volunteers

6. Check TCL's such as NIP and MNCHAN Check TCL to determined new deliveries to
inform parents to have their children
vaccinated.
7. Planning for possible budget required such as office
supplies, transportation and food allowance.
8. Pre implementation to arrange supplies needed as early
as possible. To avoid any delays.

9. Dessimate information on the importance of the
