DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE (HOUSE)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, SALCEDA BERGANTINOS, appointed and wife of NOLI BERGANTINOS, both

of legal ages, Filipinos, and residents of 508 Pitong-Gatang St. Tondo Manila for and in
consideration of the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 500,000.00), Philippine
Currency, to us in hand paid by PATRICK B. PACIENCIA married to MICHELLE P.
PACIENCIA, both of legal age, Filipino, and residents of 435 Nicodemus St. Tondo Manila,
have sold, transferred and conveyed and by these presents do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and
CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto said PATRICK B. PACIENCIA married to MICHELLE
P. PACIENCIA, with the assigned TAX DECLARATION NO: AD-01076-00168 and more fully
described as follows:

“That certain house situated in MUNICIPALITY OF MANILA, A TWO (2) STOREY

HOUSE MAID IN MIXED MATERIALS, SITUATED AT 508 PITONG-GATANG ST. TONDO,
MANILA, CONSISTING OF SEVENTY-TWO (72) SQM, MORE OR LESS”

Of which above-described House, is free from all liens and encumbrances and
claimants. Should there be any past and/or future legal claims arises involving the said property
and the vendor, the VENDEES herewith WILL NOT HOLD ANY LIABILITY WITH ANY
ALLEGED CLAIMS. We, the VENDOR therefore declared that we are the true and absolute
owner, our ownership thereto being evidenced by TAX DECLARATION NO: AD-01076-00168
and I shall defend the same from all claims and liens our Right of Ownership to the above
described properties.
