DEED OF SALE WITH TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

AND ASSUMPTION MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement made on this_____ day of ____ 20___ in City of

_________________ by and between:

RAFFY PANTILGAN VENTURA, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with

residence and postal address at Balbacua St. Linamon Phase 4 Poblacion Linamon
Lanao Del Norte, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER.

-AND-
RENE SOLO BARDON, of legal age, single, Filipino and with residence and
postal address at Block 10 lot 22, Abella Compound Mabini J. Rizal Mandaluyong
City, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a Parcel of land with

improvements located at Block 7 Lot 8 Ginger St. Pacifictown-Conchu Brgy.
Trece Martires City, Cavite and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 077-
2021009259 containing a total area of FORTY (40) SQUARE METERS, more or
less.
AREA: FORTY SQUARE METERS (40), MORE OR LESS

WHEREAS, the SELLER is desirous of selling the aforesaid property to the

Buyer and the Buyer is willing to purchase the same;

WHEREAS, the said property is presently mortgage with HOME

DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND (HDMF) also known as PAG-IBIG.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE MILLION AND
TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SISTY (P 1,024,060.00) Philippine
Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledge by the SELLER DO HEREBY
SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY all her rights, participation, claims and interest
over the said property to the BUYER , her Heirs, assigns successors-in-interest.

The BUYER shall assume the mortgage constituted on the property with
Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF)
