DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed in Cabagan, Isabela, Philippines, by and between---

I, JULIET Z. DUMLAO of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to GLENN DUMLAO and a
resident of Brgy. Catabayungan, Cabagan, Isabela herein after referred to as the RECONVEYOR

-AND-

LOLITO B. JAMPAS of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to MILAGROS JAMPAS and a
resident of Brgy. Catabayungan, Cabagan, Isabela, herein after referred to as the RECONVEYEE
of a parcel of land which is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

“A PARCEL OF LAND Lot No. 1734-A-1 of the subd. Plan Psd-(af)-02-

013551, being a portion of Lot No. 1734-A, Psd-2-02-035677, situated in
the Barrio of Catabayungan, Cabagan, Isabela. Bounded on the N.,
along line 1-2 by Road; on the E., along line 2-3 by Lot 1734-B, Psd-2-02-
035677; on the S., along line 3-4 by Lot 1734-B, Psd-2-02-035677; on the
W., along line 4-1 by Lot 1734-A-2 of the subd. Plan. (Beginning)
Containing an area of TWENTY-SIX (26) SQ. M. more or less. Covered
and described under Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-298695 of the
Registry of Deeds of Isabela.”

WITNESSETTH:

WHEREAS, that the RECONVEYEE is the registered owner of the above-mentioned

parcel of land which is covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-190810;

WHEREAS, that the same parcel of land was through the authority of the herein
RECONVEYEE, used by the RECONVEYOR as security to their LOAN as evidence by LOAN and
MORTGAGE AGREEMENT in favor of the Home Development Mutual Fund which is annotated
in the Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-190810

WHEREAS, that the said LOAN and MORTGAGE AGREEMENT was already settle as
evidence by RELEASE AGREEMENT which is annotated in the Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-
190810;

NOW THEREFOE, the RECONVEYOR does hereby reconveys and cedes, in an absolute
and irrevocable manner, the above-mentioned parcel of land unto the RECONVEYEE, his heirs
and assigns.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this ____ day of
