REVOCATION OF CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF REVOCATION OF CONTRACT OF LEASE, executed

and entered into by and between:

DONNA K. NGOSLAB, single, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with

residence and postal address at Brgy. Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines,
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

-and-

MARIA REMEDIOS L. BELLO, single, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with

residence and postal address at Simsim Compound, Maria Basa, Baguio City,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

W I T N E S S E T H:

1. On March 17, 2009, First Party and Second Party entered into a
Contract of Lease relative to the lease Lot 2 which is a portion of a
parcel of land covered by Certificate of Title No. 4104, located at
Agno, La Trinidad, Benguet. The First Party was known as the
LESSOR and the Second Party as LESSEE. The subject lease contract
consists of Two (2) pages and was docketed as Doc. No. 330, Page
No.68, Book No. VI, series of 2009 in the Notarial Registry of Notary
Public Isagani Calderon;

2. The First Party and the Second Party voluntarily hereby agreed to
revoke, terminate and dissolve the lease contract. The revocation,
termination and dissolution of the same lease contract is shall take
effect immediately upon the execution of this Deed of Revocation;

3. In consideration of the revocation, termination and dissolution of the

lease contract, the First Party shall refund the amount of ONE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php100,000.00) to the Second Party
immediately upon the execution of this Deed of Revocation;

4. The lease contract having been revoked, terminated and dissolved,

the FIRST PARTY AND SECOND PARTY by their voluntarily will and
consent now consider the same lease contract as null and void
having no effect whatsoever under the law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 16 th day

of April 2011, in the City of Baguio, Philippines.

the foregoing Partition Agreement which they acknowledged before me as
their free and voluntary acts and deeds.

which this acknowledgment is written has been signed on the left margin of
each and every page thereof by the parties and their witnesses.
