URGENT MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

COMES NOW, the ACCUSED, through undersigned counsel, and unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully and humbly avers:

1) That this case is set for hearing on June 23, 2023 at 1:30 o’clock in the
afternoon;

2) That the undersigned humbly inform to this Honorable Court that the
undersigned counsel could not attend the hearing of this case on
account that the undersigned had a hearing in Municipal Circuit Trial
Court in Poro Camotes in the case entitled Luna Bano Triggs vs.
Marcelina Gonzales Et. Al docketed as Civil Case No. SF-334;

3) That the undersigned humbly request this Honorable Court to have the
hearing of the case be postpone on a date that is convenient of this
Honorable Court;

4) That this Motion is filed based on the foregoing reason and not for the
purpose of delaying this case and humbly apologize for this Motion and
undertake to attend to the next hearing of this case;

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully prayed

before this Honorable Court to issue an order resetting the June 23, 2023 hearing
of this case;

Other reliefs that are just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
