DEMAND LETTER

I, HADJIE S. LIM, demand that you return the property mentioned below immediately or pay
the remaining balance of SIX THOUSAND FIFTY PESOS (6,050.00).

This is an official notice to make it known that you are in unlawful possession of the New
Samsung F10 with IMEI No. 358188106061994 including its accessories (charger, headset, sim
pack, cellphone holder) since October 3, 2019 up to the present.

You do not have the right to keep the property that you possessed, and you are legally required
to return it at your expense by virtue of the contract that you signed upon possession of the
property.

If there is no response to this letter for 48 hours or 2 days upon receipt of this letter, all legal
rights will be explored, including, but not limited to, legal proceedings necessary to recover the
property as well as criminal actions.

As already mentioned, this demand letter for personal property serves as official notice to you
and may be tendered in court as evidence of your failure to return the property.

If legal action is to occur to resolve this matter, it may involve having you pay the legal fees,
interest and attorney’s fees.

It is in the best interest of all parties to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
