FINAL NOTICE OF DEMAND

Dear Mr. and Mrs. CAMACHO,

 
I am writing on behalf of my client, Mr. ROGELIO SAN LUIS JR.,
Businessman, and resident of Barangay San Nicolas, Oton, Iloilo.
 
According to my client, you owed a sum of money amounting to Two
Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 250,000.00) exclusive of interests. This is in
relation to the series of transactions you made last December 2020.
 
On this regard, you are given a period of FIVE (5) days from receipt hereof
to redeem the aforesaid check from my client. Otherwise, much to our regret, we
will proceed in filing a criminal case(s) against you for ESTAFA/ SWINDLING
and other possible civil cases under the applicable provisions of the law and of
the Revised Penal Code.   
 
            Please give this matter your preferential attention. Kindly coordinate
