Demand and Request for Conference

Ms. Dela Cruz,

Greetings!

Our client, TJ Longvan Lending Corp., has referred to us your overdue obligation for
collection. Documents show that you obtained a loan of P50,000.00 on April 21, 2017
with agreed interest. The loan was agreed to be fully paid on June 21, 2017. You also
gave your ATM card but there was no funds in it to pay the monthly amortization. Until
now you have failed to settle it despite several promises and the long grace period
given to you.

Hence, please consider this as our client’s formal and final demand for you to pay the
principal loan of P50,000.00 plus the agreed monthly interest from May 21, 2017 up to
the present. Since this matter has been forwarded to us for collection, you are also
liable to pay 5% attorney’s fee. You are given a period of 10 days from receipt of
this letter to pay it in full. Otherwise, our client will proceed to file a case in court
for you to pay your obligation. This will cause you much inconvenience and
expense.

In the meantime, you are invited for a conference in our office at the address found
above on February 8, 2018 at 9:00 in the morning for settlement and payment of such
obligation. Please come so that you can negotiate with our client.
